Workshop Experience
Participants will be guided by expert chefs to perfect the art of making dumplings, incorporating just the right mix of herbs and spices. The dumplings are then steamed in the kitchen for participants to enjoy at the end of the class.
Alongside, attendees will learn to make and enjoy two distinctive cocktails: the lychee cocktail and the popo trio cocktail.
Capacity and Duration
The class can accommodate up to 50 people in a private space, making it ideal for various events. It can also be conducted as a mobile class if necessary.
The session spans two to three hours and includes a hearty dumpling meal (approximately 15 per person), with vegan and gluten-free options available.
